Return policy

1. What is your return policy?

1.1 We will evaluate the condition of each returned item.

1.2 If it is determined that the product is available for sale, we will ask the customer to return it to LTMATE's warehouse without paying any fees.


1.3 If it is determined that the product is in an unsaleable state (for example, defective or damaged), we will evaluate the party that caused the damage.

1.4 If the goods have not arrived at LTMATE's warehouse within 15 days after the buyer submits the return request, we will negotiate with the buyer and ask about the location of the goods.

2. What is your exchange policy?

2.1  LTMATE is very happy to exchange products for buyers without paying any fees.

2.2 You must return the product you requested for replacement.
